Mapanuring Paggamit ng Gadget: Tungo sa Mapagkalingang Ugnayan sa Pamilya at Kapwa

         Nowadays, many people are using gadgets for a living. Because of this, some people are addicted to gadgets and can't live without it. But why can't we understand that using gadgets every time can destroy our health and especially communications and relationships?

         According to a study, a child will likely to become overweight and develop seizure and vision problems when they spend too much time using gadgets. Negative effects and excessive use of gadgets such as mobile phones, tablet, and computer desktops can cause physical and mental damage to the users especially children. Gadgets can really help us in some ways but not always. Students can take advantage of it because of school but it also has an disadvantage because of its excessive use. Everyday, when you walk along the street, when you go everywhere, you see people using phones, gadgets. Our technology is now more advanced than before, many inventions have been released. This inventions are keeps on upgrading that's why many people are using and buying it. Using gadgets every time means our communications to each other weakened, true that in using gadgets we can communicate but not personally. We can't enjoy being together and communicate because we are just using our gadgets. Our relationship won't grow because our communication is weak. Not just our  communications to other people but to our dear Lord. Some can not even go to church on Sundays because they choose to stay at home and play on their gadgets. This is a warning that we should not tolerate the excessive use of any gadgets.

        It's not like we can stop using it forever, I know that this can't be removed in our life but we should know how to control using it because it can damage our health and our communications to people and to our Lord.
